Job summary

IQSIGHT, a global provider of intelligence-first video security solutions, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Southwest & Rockies. In this remote role, you will own all sales activity in your territory, hunt new opportunities, and develop relationships with end users, integrators, distributors, and architects.

You will collaborate with Vertical Sales Managers, manage opportunities for run-rate and large projects, and travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing or technical discipline.
• 5 years of industry experience, preferably with a manufacturer.
• Knowledge of video surveillance and integrated security solutions.
• Understanding of IP networking, cloud-based security platforms, and system architecture.
• Strong ability to assess customer security requirements and recommend solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own all sales activity within the assigned territory, including new business, existing customers, and channel partners.
• Actively hunt for new opportunities while maintaining focus on run-rate and small-to-mid-sized projects.
• Develop and expand relationships with end users, systems integrators, distributors and ACE within the territory.
• Identify, qualify, and drive complex video security opportunities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Execute against vertical targets and provide regular updates on project progression.
• Maintain disciplined opportunity management with timely status updates using approved sales tools.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Vertical Sales Managers to align territory execution with vertical strategy.
• Travel within the territory up to 70% to support meetings and opportunities.
