Synerfac Technical Staffing seeks a Territory Sales Manager – Process Systems for a remote role across the Northeastern United States. You will sell technically complex capital equipment like hammermills, crushers, and shredders, partnering with engineering and application teams to address customer needs and close orders.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to discuss technical topics with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to talk technical with customers in engineering, manufacturing and similar.
• Experience with process equipment or in animal feed manufacturing space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and operation.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory, visiting customers regularly.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while cultivating new leads.
