Job summary

Esperion Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager, Sales in Dallas, TX to promote on-label products to healthcare providers, build key relationships, and hit territory sales goals.

You’ll execute Esperion sales processes with compliance and collaborate with Regional Sales Manager. This role requires 1–3 years pharma or related sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, willingness to travel up to 30%, and a drive to contribute in a dynamic, startup-like environment with strong performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; STEM preferred; 1–3 years pharmaceutical or related sales experience.
• Military background considered.
• Experience calling on Healthcare Professionals is a plus but not required.
• Willing to travel up to 30% including overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual territory sales goals as approved by Commercial Leadership.
• Review performance metrics with RSM to ensure maximum results.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the territory.
• Educate Health Care Providers on Esperion products through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Analyze local market trends and monitor performance to maximize product use.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product payor coverage to meet market access objectives.
• Attend local, regional and national congresses to promote Esperion brands.
• Complete administrative tasks such as sample inventory, call submissions & reporting, expense management.
