Job summary

Anton Paar USA, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Material Characterization to drive growth across the Western states.

The role covers remote work from the Los Angeles metro area with strong access to airlines for travel to demonstrations and installations. The position requires a strongest mix of technical sales expertise, presentation skills, and the ability to cultivate new accounts while managing existing ones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a natural science or engineering.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Experience in technical sales, analytical instruments sales strongly preferred.
• Travel up to 50–60%, including overnight, for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.

Responsibilities

• Generating and developing new accounts and effectively managing existing accounts.
• Presenting to small and large audiences, including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians.
• Qualifying opportunities, developing proposals, and closing business.
• Travel (up to 50-60%, including overnight) for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
