• Translate national goals into local objectives and hold agents accountable.
• Monitor agent performance against goals and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively and help agencies develop local marketing plans.
• Use data to prepare pre-call strategies focusing on opportunities.
• Serve as SME on GEICO products and tools and research competitors.
