Job summary

GEICO is seeking an Independent Agent (IA) Territory Sales Manager to grow GEICO’s agency relationships and sales within an assigned territory. You will manage independent agencies, deliver product training, and translate national initiatives into local goals to drive growth.

The role requires travel within your geographic area (40% overnight) and strong relationship-building skills. Prior insurance sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage independent agencies within designated area to build relationships, deliver training, and monitor performance.

• Translate national initiatives into local goals and objectives to boost agent engagement and growth.
• Develop local marketing plans and strategies to meet growth targets and use data to focus on opportunities in the area.
