Job summary

Apex Tool Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cultivate partnerships and drive sales across Utah, Idaho, Western Wyoming and Montana. This remote role reports to the Regional Sales Director and focuses on end-user engagements and distributor relationships.

You will leverage value-based selling, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed sales goals. Competitive benefits and SIP incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in industrial/OEM markets.
• Experience using value-based selling to drive sales and relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and written skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
• Leverage value selling to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Develop pull-through sales and marketing campaigns for Key Distributors.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to present the full line with technical context.
• Build end-user funnel to drive large-scale conversions to Apex Tool Group brands.
• Identify sales process improvements from territory feedback and competitive actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations and customer service to drive metrics.
