Job summary

Apex Tool Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales partnerships with distributors and end users across our North-East markets. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will build and expand key relationships, leverage value selling to uncover opportunities, and drive demand through end-user channels.

This role requires 5+ years of sales success in industrial settings, CRM experience, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge and experience in demand creation processes at end-user level.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience using value-based selling to drive sales and customer relationships.
• Prior CRM usage.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers in assigned territory to generate new business.
• Develop pull-through sales and marketing campaigns for Key Distributors.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to present the full line and demonstrate technical knowledge.
• Develop an end-user funnel to convert end users to Apex Tool Group brands.
• Identify opportunities for sales process improvements based on territory feedback and competitive actions.
• Collaborate with internal support functions (marketing, product development, operations, customer service).
