Job summary

Intertape Polymer Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager - Lumberwrap to develop regional end-user accounts and support new product development. You will penetrate target markets, train distributors, and drive end-user activity through strategic sales initiatives and CRM reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial sales, preferably in lumber/packaging sectors, with strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years of industrial sales experience preferred.
• Experience in lumber, packaging, or related product industries preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Penetrate and develop target market segments at end-user level.
• Provide specialized business development to Distribution for territory leads.
• Train distributor sales forces on IPG products and end-user applications.
• Manage end-user focus with CRM reporting on a weekly basis.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive activity to support sales goals.
