Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to grow our customer base across the United States. This fully remote role requires strong sales skills, travel readiness, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

You will present products, develop quotes, and collaborate with customers and colleagues to expand market share. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong communication with customers, sales personnel and coworkers.
• Must have a vehicle capable of significant travel and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell Chadwell Supply products to current and prospective customers.
• Distribute sales materials and catalogs.
• Develop presentations, quotes and proposals for customers.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers.
• Visit and call on multiple customers and prospects daily.
• Plan and follow daily/weekly/monthly call schedule.
• Identify prospects and contacts across assigned accounts.
• Troubleshoot customer issues using company methods.
• Support Accounts Receivable in collecting past due monies as assigned.
• Gather market data to improve sales penetration and customer relations.
• Utilize sales reports to measure growth and opportunities.
• Provide training to new and current staff as needed.
