You will prospect, train, and support agents, develop regional sales plans, and collaborate with product management to identify new opportunities while upholding GEICO’s standards and policies.

• Prospects, interviews, and approves new appointments to expand GEICO’s agency distribution.
• Manage agents within a designated area using in-person, virtual, phone, and email to build relationships, deliver trainings, and manage agency performance.
• Analyzes territory to plan effective spend and resources to grow revenue and profitability.
• Documents pre-call strategies and onboarding of new commercial agencies to expand agency distribution footprint.
• Monitors agent performance and develops action plans to grow partners' business with GEICO.
