Job summary

Mountain Cement Company, a subsidiary of Eagle Materials, seeks a Territory Sales Manager in WY/CO to support the launch of the newest U.S. cement plant.

You will build strong customer relationships and forecast demand to shape pricing and marketing strategy, while traveling regularly in Southern Wyoming and Northern Colorado. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and coordinate with Plant/Loadout Operations to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cement manufacturing and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales role or sales-adjacent role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer accounts and serve as the primary contact for ongoing sales support and issue resolution.
• Drive territory growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding share with existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and activity reports, including pipeline updates and market insights.
• Monitor inventory levels versus forecasts and communicate demand shifts to production planning and fulfillment teams.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to coordinate with Plant/Loadout Operations and Terminal Manager(s).
