Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
• Knowledge of construction industry and solutions.
• Experience managing a dealer network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic sales plan to meet targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in construction and related industries.
• Sell construction equipment to contractors across the region.
• Travel to meet clients, speak at conferences, and support dealers.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategy.
