Job summary

Roseburg Forest Products seeks a Territory Sales Manager to develop and expand relationships with independent wholesale distribution and retail customers. You will deliver strategic account objectives aligned with Roseburg’s core values and operate in a remote-capable role with travel as needed.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience in construction/building materials, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Technical degree is required.
• Five+ years of sales experience in construction/building materials or related markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time.
• Valid driver license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with wholesale distribution and retail customers.
• Deliver strategic account objectives aligned with Roseburg’s values.
• Build and manage relationships at multiple organizational levels.
• Drive Roseburg brand and program guidelines through the sales channel.
• Embrace technology (CRM, virtual constructs, e-commerce) to support sales activities.
