Job summary

Roseburg Forest Products is seeking a regional sales leader for an assigned product segment, remote in the United States. You will drive sales performance, build strong distributor relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives.

The role requires leadership of the sales organization, strategic execution of the sales plan, and governance of pricing programs, with up to 50% travel to support customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field with seven years of sales leadership experience.
• Strong selling skills including listening, questioning techniques, identifying buying signals and negotiating.
• Experience building and executing sales plans.
• Proven sales track record.
• Understanding of business finances and profitability improvements.
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sales organization and regional execution for the assigned product segment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, leadership, sales and branch management.
• Negotiate customer agreements, pricing and programs to drive profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic planning and market initiatives.
• Oversee pipeline management and distributor/dealer programs.
