Job summary

Continental Tool Group, Inc. is seeking a dynamic field sales professional with a military background to drive adoption of DESCO surface prep and AIRCAT/UNIVERSAL TOOL lines in Fleet, aviation maintenance, and military channels.

Remote position with preferred locations in TX, VA, or Southern CA; travel to bases and depots will be required. You will identify decision-makers, demonstrate products, support evaluations, and coordinate with internal teams on quotes and orders for DoD procurement.

Qualifications

• Retired U.S. military with Army or Marine background preferred; understanding of military maintenance, supply, or logistics processes; excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills; self-motivated with ability to work independently in field sales; travel 50%+ as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for DESCO, AIRCAT, JIFFY, and Universal Tool offerings in Fleet and aviation maintenance contexts.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in maintenance, supply, and procurement roles.
• Promote products, support evaluations/trials, and address technical questions.
• Support NSN and DoD purchasing channels and introduce company tools where Fleet/Aviation needs align.
• Collaborate with internal teams on quoting, orders, and customer requirements for military channels.
• Track opportunities, maintain pipeline, and report market feedback and competitive landscape.
• Represent the company at relevant military maintenance or industry events; travel to bases, depots, hangars, and customer sites.
