EcoWater Systems LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the East Region. This remote role focuses on expanding the dealer network, accelerating revenue, and increasing market share across the eastern U.S.

You will recruit and onboard high-potential dealers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth plans. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in dealer/distributor sales, experience with consumer durables, and a proven track record of exceeding

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within a Dealer or distributor channel.
• Experience with consumer durable goods and branded products is required.
• Proven success in Dealer channel sales, with ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Travel approximately 60%.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute regional growth strategies to accelerate revenue, expand market share, and strengthen competitive position.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard dealers to expand and optimize EcoWater’s network.
