Job summary

Reeb Millwork Corp. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales across the Coastal South Carolina territory. The role requires extensive travel, with 75% on the road, and work from a home office when not traveling. Residence in Myrtle Beach, Charleston, or Hilton Head, SC is preferred.

The candidate will develop annual sales plans, manage existing accounts, grow new business, and conduct product trainings while maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to service/grow existing accounts and gain new accounts through strategic plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual plan to grow sales in the territory and execute it.
• Take direct responsibility for all customers in an assigned territory through consultative selling.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on products, pricing, and credit terms.
• Pursue and participate in local home shows and dealer events.
• Visit all accounts regularly as needed and arranged by the Sales Manager.
• Develop and build relationships with existing and new customers to support profitable growth.
• Make sales presentations and keep management informed of competitive conditions.
• Quote prices, credit terms, and delivery dates; negotiate contracts and orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-signing and monitor market conditions and competitors.
