Job summary

Hodell-Natco Industries Inc in Sparks, NV is seeking a results-driven outside sales professional to drive new business in a defined territory and exceed gross margin targets.

You will develop relationships with industrial customers, leverage Salesforce for data-driven insights, and travel to client sites to close opportunities. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of field sales experience are preferred; base + commission with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years outside sales/new business development required.
• Industrial/manufacturing/distribution experience; fastener knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to travel; valid driving record; pass background screen.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or related CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Foster proactive, customer-centric sales approach with innovative solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative sales.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Meet/exceed territory sales and gross margin goals using Salesforce and data.
