Job summary

Vive Crop Protection Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Delta region (AR, LA, MS, TN, AL). This remote role requires strong knowledge of US agriculture channels and a proven track record in agricultural sales.

You will develop retail business plans, expand market presence, build partnerships with growers and distributors, and drive Vive's growth across the territory while collaborating with US Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of the US agricultural marketplace.
• Past experience in agricultural sales.
• Understanding of the agricultural distribution model.
• Self-driven and motivated to win in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Vive’s portfolio sales objectives in the US Delta territory (AR, LA, MS, TN, AL).
• Develops and executes sales strategies and business plans to support joint needs of customers and Vive.
• Expands Vive’s market position and strengthens relationships with retail, grower accounts and distributors in the region.
• Develops and maintains CRM data to provide market intelligence and actionable insights.
• Liaises with US Sales Team, Marketing, and Product Development to align on strategy and messaging.
• Works with retailers and key growers to drive Vive’s product portfolio in the Delta territory.
