Job summary

Uponor in the United States seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across commercial and residential markets. This remote role covers Texas and requires building strategic account plans, managing opportunities in SFDC, and collaborating with regional and marketing teams to execute strategies locally.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 5–7 years of sales experience in construction/PHCP, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of major account selling and construction markets.
• Experience in wholesale distribution and independent rep model preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 30%.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan.
• Develop top account plans for their Top 10 Target Contractor accounts with key executives.
• Manage project pipeline in SFDC for visibility and forecasting.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Team to align local initiatives with corporate strategies.
• Log meetings and share account development progress in SFDC.
• Deliver training to promote Uponor's value proposition.
• Contribute to team initiatives and business success.
