Job summary

Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Territory Sales Executive for the Allentown, PA market in a remote, in-territory role. You will manage hospital sales across acute care settings, building relationships with lab, pharmacy, nursing, and physician stakeholders.

You will drive demand for Cepheid’s diagnostic assays and instrumentation, coordinate between customers and Cepheid teams, and leverage Salesforce CRM to optimize the sales cycle and expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field with 5+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics.
• Proven sales success in selling premium-priced products.
• Experience engaging multiple call points within the hospital, to include both laboratory and outside-of-the laboratory.
• Ability to pass vendor credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospital stakeholders to sell Cepheid’s solutions.
• Develop demand for new assays and instrumentation to meet territory goals.
• Coordinate between the customer and Cepheid personnel to ensure implementations meet expectations.
• Optimize sales cycle time using Salesforce CRM to map activity and drive market share.
