Responsibilities

  • Acting as a point of contact between clients and the company
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
  • Gathering market and customer information to identify client needs
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving objections to facilitate sales
  • Advising on product development and discussing special promotions
  • Creating proposal documents as part of the sales process
  • Providing clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost estimates
