Responsibilities

  • Acting as a point of contact between clients and the company
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
  • Gathering market and customer information to determine client needs
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving objections to facilitate purchases
  • Advising on product development improvements and discussing special promotions
  • Creating proposal documents as part of the sales process
  • Providing clients with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
