Job summary

The company in Clearwater, FL seeks a Territory Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth across an assigned US territory for solid‑state motor controls, soft starters, and motor protection products. You will work with electrical distributors, OEMs, and system integrators to expand market share and develop key accounts.

Requires a technical background, 5+ years outside industrial sales, and willingness to travel 50–70% within the territory; bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of technical education and industry experience.
• 5+ years of outside industrial or technical sales experience.
• Experience growing territory revenue and managing distributor and OEM accounts.
• Knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, and motor protection products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to grow product sales and market share.
• Identify new opportunities across electrical distributors, system integrators, and key accounts.
• Coordinate Manufacturer’s Representatives within the territory; provide direction and training.
• Attend regional trade shows and customer seminars within the territory.
• Provide pre‑sales application support and technical demonstrations.
