Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Associate to drive remote sales in South Orange County, CA. You will travel within the territory, visit 6-10+ accounts daily, and execute merchandising and store execution plans with flexibility around core hours.

Candidate should have a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Mileage is reimbursed, no car allowance provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in food merchandising is preferred but not required.
• Valid US driver’s license and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and merchandise products across assigned stores within the territory.
• Maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items per plan.
• Build displays and replenish permanent secondary displays.
• Report weekly activity, expenses and account changes.
• Use tablets to report daily activities and store visits.
• Collaborate with store leadership and internal teams to execute strategies.
• Travel within the territory; mileage reimbursement provided.
