Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a sales professional to cover the Greater Nashville area with up to 20% travel. You will call on outpatient customers, team with executives and clinicians, and drive end-to-end Welch Allyn solutions primarily by phone, email, and virtual meetings.

The role demands strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate multiple hospital settings to close deals. Base pay ranges with incentive opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven or preferred sales experience in medical/capital equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track sales activity and trends.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders from nurses to C-level.
• Excellent organization and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Call on current and prospective outpatient customers in the assigned territory.
• Partner with account executives, AVPs, clinical consultants, and management to offer end-to-end solutions.
• Sell Welch Allyn products mostly via phone, email, and virtual demos across multiple departments.
• Execute full sales cycle: prioritization, forecasting, and qualification of opportunities.
• Engage in extensive prospecting, lead qualification and scheduling demos as needed.
• Leverage BI and sales tools to improve opportunities.
• Complete Salesforce updates and all administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
