Baxter is seeking an Outpatient Territory Business Manager to drive sales across Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and parts of the Northwest. You will cultivate relationships with doctors and nurses, promote a broad Welch Allyn product line, and achieve growth through distributor partners and tailored sales plans.

The position requires 3+ years of outside medical sales, clinical knowledge, and strong communication. Boise, ID base with up to 75% travel in territory is expected.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (medical device experience preferred).
• Proven ability to empower distribution partners to success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Call on key markets including physicians, clinics, ASC, urgent cares, and IDNs.
• Promote and sell a large product line including monitoring, ophthalmic and ENT products.
• Partner with distributors’ reps, provide training, motivation, and supervision.
• Demonstrate, sell and in-service medical equipment to physicians and staff.
• Develop and refine a sales plan and forecast for target opportunities.
