Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Territory Manager for Detroit South to lead commercialization of OSA therapy in the assigned territory. The role involves achieving sales plans, expanding awareness, and activating new accounts with efficient patient throughput.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical device or pharma sales, solid MS Office skills, and a willingness to travel, including overnights, to drive growth in the Detroit South region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years sales experience in Medical Device or Pharma; or 5 years sales exp in Medical Device/Pharma OR 3 years at Inspire working with our therapy.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines.
• Ability to travel (including overnights) within territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy to assigned territory.
• Aim to achieve sales plan and therapy awareness milestones.
• Assess new potential accounts within territory.
• Drive account activation and patient throughput to grow implant volume.
• Ensure centers follow patient selection guidelines and proper implant techniques.
• Support payer education and development processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations on outreach programs.
