Job summary

Aesculap Inc. in Chicago seeks a Territory Manager MIS to drive sales of minimally invasive laparoscopic products across the assigned geography.

This remote field-sales role requires travel across the territory to support customers and execute commercial plans. You will work with marketing, sales leadership and clinical teams to achieve territory objectives, build key accounts, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in medical device, surgical, or healthcare sales.
• Experience building and maintaining a sales territory in a growth environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory objectives, quotas, and performance targets.
• Develop territory business plans to expand market share and accelerate adoption of laparoscopic products.
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical education for surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
