- Multi-line commercial insurance underwriting experience with authority.
- Experience handling accounts larger than 100k in DWP.
- Ability to drive profitable growth through agency engagement.
Responsibilities
- Market, manage and underwrite commercial business through agencies.
- Drive profit and premium via development and implementation of business plans.
- Mentor and collaborate with agencies on pipeline management and account strategies.
- Negotiate terms, pricing and coverage within underwriting standards.
- Lead territory planning and achieve production, profitability and service objectives.
