Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Construction Services Territory Manager - Commercial Lines to market, manage, and underwrite commercial line business through select agencies. You will drive profit and premium by building business plans with agency partners and leading territory development.

The role requires seven years of underwriting and sales experience in commercial lines, with a strong focus on middle-market knowledge and construction industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Seven years of underwriting and sales experience in commercial line business preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial underwriting, pricing and coverage for middle market business.

Responsibilities

• Market, manage and underwrite commercial line business through direct contact with selected agencies.
• Drive profit and premium to meet financial goals via developing, negotiating and executing business plans.
• Develop and maintain strong agency relationships to drive Nationwide presence.
• Lead territory business planning and pipeline management; identify opportunities and appointments.
