Canopy Growth Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager for Simcoe & Kawarthas to lead sales and community engagement in a remote field role based in Barrie, ON. You will build relationships, drive distribution, and execute marketing initiatives to grow market share.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will manage accounts, educate stakeholders, and track KPIs across volume, placement, and promotions, while navigating regulatory considerations in a fast-paced cannabis market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, Account Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
• Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas and in-store KPIs.
• Experience in beverage alcohol or adjacent CPG sectors is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee accounts within the assigned territory and establish Canopy Growth as preferred partner.
• Build brand recognition and drive community engagement across the assigned market.
• Identify and execute new distribution opportunities to maximize market share.
• Drive marketing initiatives to build consumer loyalty and accelerate sales growth.
• Lead education sessions for partners and retail stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate account records and data.
