Job summary

Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Greensboro, NC to drive B2B sales growth by meeting activity goals for quotes and orders. You will identify new business opportunities, manage client projects at installation sites, and maintain customer records using Salesforce and ZoomInfo, with flexible work from your home office when not in the field.

We offer a base compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 with uncapped commissions, and a strong benefits package including 401(k) matching

Qualifications

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment.
• CRM experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo; proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and exceed activity goals for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce.
• Oversee project management at installation sites with approved crews (occasional weekends).
