Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related discipline.
• 3+ years of direct sales or customer-facing experience in life sciences or related industries.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel within territory and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans that build pipeline, expand customer relationships, and achieve aftermarket revenue and order targets.
• Prospect for new business and identify customer needs, decision-makers, and influencers across designated accounts and market segments.
• Present the value of the SCIEX aftermarket portfolio and recommend service, software, training, consumables, and chemistry solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Use sales processes, market knowledge, competitive information, and available data to assess opportunities, address sales challenges, and maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information.
• Partner with field sales, field service, marketing, distribution channels, and other internal teams to coordinate account strategies, promote campaigns, and support customer success.
