Job summary

Pipeline Medical, LLC. is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Representative in the United States to own a territory by building a fresh pipeline, prospecting practices that have not purchased before, and closing new business from a home office.

You will travel for in-person visits as needed and manage accounts through onboarding and first orders. The role emphasizes self-sourced pipeline, rapid qualification, discovery conversations with owners and medical directors, and a strong emphasis on closing

Qualifications

• History of net-new business development with quota attainment.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound outreach including calls, emails, and social selling.
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables.
• Proven experience selling into medical aesthetic practices.
• Strong closing, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-discipline to work from a home office with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and pipeline from prospecting to close.
• Self-source pipeline via outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling).
• Qualify and disqualify leads quickly using a consistent framework.
• Conduct discovery conversations with decision makers to build business cases.
• Close business and secure first orders, onboarding and credentialing.
• Drive initial orders and hand off to Account Manager after ramp.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and timely activity logging.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and feedback on market intelligence.
• Represent Pipeline Medical at trade shows and events to generate opportunities.
