Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage agents within a designated area using in-person, virtual, phone, and email to build relationships and drive performance.
• Act as subject matter expert on GEICO products and competitive offerings to increase customer preference.
• Translate national strategies into local goals to boost agent engagement and growth.
• Develop local marketing plans and use data to focus on opportunities within the territory.
• Monitor agent performance and conduct training on GEICO products and value proposition.
• Counsel agents and, with leadership, address underperforming agents.
• Prospect and approve new agency appointments to expand GEICO’s distribution.
