Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Territory Sales Manager who will operate remotely in Michigan, building strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners. You’ll develop business plans with the Regional Sales Manager, pursue projects end-to-end, and lead consultative selling to win orders.

Expect regular travel, on-site training, and remote collaboration with support teams. You will educate customers on Victaulic solutions, manage quotation requisitions, and drive sales growth across your territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with the Regional Sales Manager to identify opportunities, goals, and strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners within the territory.
• Educate customers on Victaulic products and value proposition, lead product demonstrations and training as needed.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Travel within the territory to meet customers, sites, and events as required.
