Job summary

Tiny Health is seeking an experienced Account Manager to generate and nurture leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to growth of microbiome testing services. This is a remote position with occasional industry tradeshow representation.

Ideal candidates will have proven healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency, with a background in healthcare, nutrition, or functional medicine preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in healthcare-related fields preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider workflows and decision processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with good time management.
• Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Background knowledge in healthcare, nutrition, or functional medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads, primarily healthcare providers and clinics.
• Proactively outreach to referrals to schedule introductory meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships through regular check-ins.
• Conduct client meetings monthly to nurture accounts and drive growth.
• Manage sales pipeline: track leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM.
• Articulate the value and science behind Tiny Health’s testing to professionals.
• Support additional sales and marketing initiatives as needed.
