Job summary

RS Medical is seeking an Account Manager to drive adoption of our prescription-grade medical devices across a defined U.S. territory. You will nurture relationships with healthcare practitioners and patients, build a robust pipeline, and ensure high satisfaction through education and service.

Remote work is required; frequent travel up to 70% may be needed. A college degree and strong sales experience in medical technologies are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing sales accounts with a focus on exceptional service.
• Ability to establish and grow relationships within accounts.
• Experience promoting medical technologies to healthcare practitioners.
• Proven ability to persuade practitioners to adopt new treatments.
• Strong presentation and scientific discussion skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and grow customer relationships in a defined territory.
• Utilize sales skills to build a pipeline of prospects and revenue.
• Instruct healthcare practitioners and patients on product use.
• Utilize Salesforce to document and track sales and admin activities.
• Conduct business in compliance with regulations and contracts.
• Manage inventory of RS Medical products.
• Attend meetings, events and additional training as assigned.
