Square is seeking an exceptional Territory Account Executive to lead sales in your market. You will spend most of your time in the field, meeting businesses, giving live demos, and closing deals with confidence using Square’s broad product suite.

You will build a high-velocity pipeline, develop deep vertical expertise (restaurants, retail, services), and operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with a strong emphasis on territory ownership and quotas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in a full cycle closing role with field sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and closing complex deals.
• Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Spend ~80% of your week in the field engaging local businesses and visiting 50–60 prospects weekly.
• Run a full-cycle sales motion: generate leads, identify needs, demo, and close across Square’s product suite.
• Build trust-based relationships with local sellers and ensure fast onboarding.
• Develop a repeatable top-of-funnel engine through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Sell with consultative, strategic precision across key verticals like restaurants and retail.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed quota.
