Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems and IDNs.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services.
• Track record of meeting quotas and territory goals.
