Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3-5 years of design and architecture experience in protection & control schemes, SCADA, and substation automation.
• Fluency with substation communication protocols (DNP3/IEC61850) and IED/relay concepts.
• Proficiency using Visio for conceptual drawings and diagrams.
• Ability to translate technical specs into actionable tender execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical definition of projects by specifying requirements and architecture for DCS/SCADA and automation schemes.
• Serve as the technical lead during tender lifecycle, defining scopes and performing performance and cost estimations.
• Define technical requirements for substation communication protocols, validate system architectures for performance and cybersecurity alignment.
• Manage technical Risk & Opportunity registers and quantify risks for pre-bid contingencies.
• Act as internal authority on system design, guiding cross-functional teams with clear technical justifications.
