Job summary

HHS, LLC is seeking a recruiter to support temporary staffing across multiple facilities. You will recruit for hourly, temporary, contract, and high-volume roles, manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent needs.

The role requires experience with sourcing, screening, and candidate development, plus familiarity with Workday or similar ATS. Some travel between facilities may be required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, temporary, contract, or high-volume positions preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and urgent staffing requests.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate development skills.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place candidates for temporary, short-term, hourly, and high-volume staffing needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding and placement.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for temporary assignments.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and other platforms.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews and screenings.
