HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is actively seeking a results-driven Temporary Staffing Recruiter to support the recruitment and placement of temporary staff across multiple HHS facilities and locations. This role focuses on quickly identifying, engaging, screening, and placing candidates for temporary, short-term, and high-volume staffing needs.

The recruiter will manage the full cycle from sourcing through onboarding, collaborating with facility leadership and hiring managers to forecast staffing

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, temporary, contract, or high-volume positions preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and urgent staffing requests.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate development skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place candidates for temporary, short-term, hourly, and high-volume staffing needs, managing from sourcing through onboarding.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for temporary assignments.
• Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and other platforms.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews and screenings; prioritize urgent openings.
