Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels, partnering with HR leadership to attract top talent. The role will start with in-office training in Irvine, CA and transition to a remote-first model with occasional in-person meetings.

The position focuses on CA/NV/AZ West Region roles, supporting a robust candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. Must reside in Southern California and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple requisitions.
• Partner with leadership and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and streamline hiring.
• Support recruiting efforts across multiple states to balance workload.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with timely communication and onboarding.
