Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year recruiting experience in healthcare (agency, firm, or in-house).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for Clinical positions.
• Source candidates through various platforms including Therapy and Nursing student platforms.
• Participate in weekly recruitment calls.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system.
• Update weekly vacancy reports.
• Participate in development of new recruiting strategies.
