Job summary

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to help hire across multiple sites for a 3- to 6-month engagement. You will partner with managers, forecast needs, and deliver top talent to support growth.

As a new recruiter to the organization, you will develop expertise in talent acquisition, manage full-cycle recruiting, source candidates from diverse channels, and report on recruiting metrics. Remote/hybrid work options available with reliable home internet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Recruiting with full-cycle focus.
• Corporate and agency staffing experience preferred.
• Experience mapping and sourcing resumes from diverse sources.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-based delivery.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives across multiple sites.
• Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs and plan hires.
• Manage full cycle recruiting and employment marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and assess candidates.
• Build relationships with HR and business leaders; support cross-functional projects.
• Enhance recruitment processes and report key metrics for staffing activity.
• Ensure timely communication with managers and candidates throughout the process.
• Contribute to vendor selection and search strategy optimization.
• Maintain personal time management and handle other duties as assigned.
