EXL Service is expanding its Health Talent Acquisition team and seeking a Temporary Recruiter to identify and attract top healthcare talent from a home office. You will work with hiring managers and external partners to craft sourcing strategies and deliver exceptional candidate experiences that reflect EXL's mission and culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Healthcare industry knowledge, understanding roles, skill sets, and market trends.
• Familiarity with auditing areas such as DRG Auditors, CVA, and Outpatient Auditors.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
