You will build relationships with leaders, refine job descriptions, and use diverse sourcing methods to access hidden talent pools. A proactive, data-driven approach will help EXL shape its growth and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency across all recruitment stages from sourcing to onboarding.
• Healthcare domain knowledge including DRG Auditors, CVA, Outpatient Auditors.
• Excellent candidate and stakeholder communication.
• Strong time management and multitasking.
• Data-driven mindset to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Negotiation skills for offers and expectations.
• Regulatory compliance awareness in recruitment.
